  1. Are you affiliated with IMVU? DBS Credits was founded by IMVU member developer SALEMBABIE. Our customers and our reputation are very important to us! We are not affiliated with IMVU Inc.
  2. Are the IMVU credits transferred automatically? Yes, we will automatically transfer your IMVU credits upon notification from PayPal that the payment is complete.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept? We use PayPal for payment processing, and accept all PayPal payment types, including eCheck.
  4. How are eChecks handled? We accept Paypal eChecks, though we cannot send your credits until the eCheck payment completes (approximately 5 business days).
  5. Do you accept Visa/MasterCard/AmEx credit/debit Gift Cards? We accept all PayPal payments, and Paypal does accept credit/debit gift cards, as long as they are activated for online use. You will need to activate your card for online use in order to use it; see your card for details.
  6. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still use DBS Credits? Yes! You can pay using a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account! At the bottom of the PayPal payment screen you will see an area that says 'Don't have a PayPal Account?' Follow the link and you will be able to enter your credit card information without creating a PayPal account!
  7. What are your purchase limits? To keep our prices low, we must protect ourselves against fraud by having purchase limits. These limits are per avatar AND PayPal account. If your credit order exceeds your purchase limit, the credits will not be delivered automatically, as your payment history will reviewed, and may be refunded. Our purchase limits are as follows: 25 USD Daily, 50 USD Weekly, 100 USD Monthly. 
  8. Can I increase my purchase limit? If you are a repeat DBS Credits customer, you may be able to increase your purchase limit. Contact us for more information.
  9. What if I don't receive my IMVU credits instantly? Check your PayPal account to see whether your payment was processed as an eCheck. If you paid by eCheck, you will not receive your credits until the eCheck has cleared, approximately 5 business days. If your credit order exceeded your purchase limit, the credits will not be delivered, and your payment will be refunded. If you have verified that your payment was not an eCheck and that you have not exceeded your purchase limit, and your credits have not been delivered, there may have been an error with your avatar name, or a glitch in the system. Please send an email to DBSCredits@att.net with your avatar name, credit amount purchased, and transaction ID. We will look into the issue and send your credits as soon as we can.  
  10. Do you buy IMVU credits? We do not currently buy IMVU credits, however we are working on a system to allow developers to sell through our site. You can sign up for more information as it is available.
  11. Do you have a referral program? We do not currently have a referral program, but we may offer this feature in the future!
